| Ford City Heritage Days "Keeping A Hometown Tradition Alive" Sunday, June 28th - Heritage Days Kick-Off Bingo This schedule is not final and is subject to additions, deletions and changes without prior notice by the Ford City Area Heritage Days Committee. Ford City Area Heritage Days is Handicap Accessible and Handicap Parking will be available. Ford City Borough Ordinance prohibits dogs in the park unless necessary for ADA assistance. Tuesday, June 30th: 6:00PM Opening Day Ceremonies 5:00-7:00PM - Hometown Heroes-Firefighter Training Camp for Children. 8:00PM - Top Cats Wednesday, July 1st: 5:45-7:00PM Hometown Healthy-Kids wellness walk starting at clock tower. Craft activities to follow walk. Thursday, July 2nd: 6:00PM - 2nd Annual Children's Patriotic Pet Parade, 3rd Avenue behind park. Registration at 5:00PM. 8:00-10:00PM - Airborne Polka Mass - For your comfort, bring a lawn chair to sit back and participate in the Heritage Days Sunday Polka Mass. After Mass, take a stroll through the park, enjoy the many craft tents, and have lunch at any of the various food booths. Friday, July 3rd: 6:00-8:00PM - Parade Parade Route: Starts on 5th Avenue at 11th Street to 5th Street, west on 5th Street to 4th Avenue, then north past the Park, disbands at the Borough Building. Judges stand located in front of the Post Office on 4th Avenue. Interested parties may contact Tom Hrabovsky, Parade Coordinator for additional information at (724) 763-8334. Saturday, July 4th: 9:00AM - 5K Run/Walk 8:30PM Corbin Hanner 10:00PM - Fireworks Corbin Hanner will resume after Fireworks.
